Before your first visit.
Clear the yard
Please pick up dog poop, toys, hoses, furniture and anything else in the grass before we come. A clear yard means a better cut and no surprises.
Flag hidden stuff
Tell us about invisible fence wire, sprinkler heads, low cables, rocks or anything we can't see. We can't be responsible for damage to items left in the lawn or hidden where we can't see them.
Rain days
If weather pushes us back, we text you the new day. No need to call.
Paying
Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Need another way? Just ask. We text a payment request after each visit.
You don't need to be home
Leave gates unlocked and let us know about pets. We text when we're done.
Quotes
Mowing prices are instant above. Landscaping and cleanups are priced from photos. In our main area we can come take a look for free. Farther out there are no free in-person quotes, so text photos or a quick video.
