Questions
Good questions.
Everything people usually ask before they book. Still wondering about something? Just text us.
Where do you work?
Mowing around State College, Park Forest, Gray's Woods, Toftrees, Patton Township, Stormstown, Port Matilda, Lemont and Houserville. Landscaping and cleanups out about 30 minutes.
How much is mowing?
Weekly: from $45 small, $50 most lots, $65 big lots, from $85 for half an acre and up. Neighbors near our route pay a little less. Every other week costs more per visit since the grass is longer. The quote tool shows your exact price.
How does the instant quote work?
Put in your address, pick your services, yard size and how often. You see your price right away, then book it or text us.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave gates unlocked, tell us about pets, and we text you when we're done.
What should I do before you come?
Pick up dog poop, toys, hoses and anything else in the grass, and tell us about invisible fence wire, sprinkler heads or anything hidden. We can't be responsible for damage to items left in the lawn or hidden where we can't see them.
What happens when it rains?
We move your mow a day or two and text you the new day.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Need another way? Just ask. We text a payment request after each visit.
Do you offer contracts or season plans?
Yes. One flat monthly price April to October with a simple one-page agreement. See season plans.
Do you give free quotes?
Mowing prices are instant on the site. Landscaping and cleanups are priced free from photos, and in our main area we can come take a look. Farther out, we price from photos only.
Do you do snow removal?
Yes, driveways, walks and steps. Now booking this winter.
How does the referral deal work?
Send a friend or neighbor our way. When they book, you both get $25 off.
